What you’re paying for

A membership is a live feed and email alerts for each city you add: gaming PCs on Facebook Marketplace near that city, with an appraisal of what their core parts sell for. Each city is $15 a month. Your first month is $5 if it’s your account’s first.

What we don’t do

RigFlip doesn’t sell, hold, or inspect any PC. Listings belong to their sellers on Facebook Marketplace, and any deal you make is between you and them. A listing can sell, change price, or turn out different from its photos before you get there.

An appraisal is an estimate from the listing’s photos and text, priced against current eBay and retail listings. It can misread a part, and parts don’t always sell for what they’re listed at. We don’t promise that any PC can be bought or resold for a profit.

Billing

Payments are processed by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which adds sales tax where it applies and shows on your statement as LINK.COM* RIGFLIP. Your membership renews each month on the day you joined. Adding a city charges for the rest of the current month right away; removing one credits the unused days to your next bill.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel anytime from your account page. Your cities stay on until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

We don’t refund a month that has already started. If a problem on our side kept your city from being searched, email support@rigflip.net and we’ll refund that month.

Using RigFlip

Your membership is for you. Don’t share your account, resell the feed or alerts, or copy them in bulk. We can close an account that does, and refund its current month.

We may change these terms or the price. We’ll email you before a change affects what you pay.
